How to Apply:

• For more control hold applicator horizontally and flat, pressed again the lash line at the center of the lid.
• Thinly line the inner corner of the eye, and thicken line as you extend toward outer corner of the eye.
• For a more dramatic look allow base to dry completely, then top with holographic liner shade.
